Please read carefully before commissioning , once you commission me you agreed to the fallowing:

Breaking my T.O.S will result in blacklist for future commissions.

୨୧General୨୧

୨୧- I can reject a commission for any reason୨୧-I require payment first before continuing the commission(s).୨୧-required to give plenty of refences of your character(s) to help me work with.୨୧-do not ask me to replicate art style.୨୧-commutcation is a must when there's questions or changes you need୨୧-unless you chose the skeb option, I will give constant updates every 2 to 3 hours.୨୧-any w.i.p's i post for updates will be heavily watermarked and thumbnailed.୨୧-Rush fees require a week or 2 in advance otherwise it will be rejected.

୨୧Payment୨୧

୨୧- Once payment when through it becomes non-refundable
୨୧-Once the sketch is approved i do not give refunds once i'm working and/or finishing on the commission(s)
୨୧-any chargebacks or any fraudulent actions taken i will discontinue the commission and blacklist you from future commissions

୨୧REFUNDS୨୧

୨୧- as stated i do not give refunds once i'm working or finishing a commission(s).
୨୧- if pass the deadline or a rush deadline i will only give you a partial refund that's deducted by 15% depending on how far i was in completion of your commissions.

୨୧REVISIONS୨୧

୨୧-I will give you three sketches on your commission(s) to let you choose what you like the most.୨୧-You will get a total of 2 revisions of any process of the commission(s).୨୧-anymore revisions and you'll be charged extra $2 a revisions.

୨୧DEADLINES AND DELIVERY୨୧

୨୧-depends on the commission(s) in question It will take me 2 weeks to latest 4 months to complete a commission(s)୨୧-Due to mental and physical disabilities and my job outside of work. my process will take me longer to completely (this WILL be notified to you asap.)

୨୧USEAGE୨୧

୨୧-All commission works do come with personal and commercial use୨୧- Merchandized/ monetary usage rights should be consulted with me and having a discussions Via, Email or DM's on my bsky.(the price will vary.)୨୧-you can use my art for icon, banner, pinned messages, ect.୨୧-Please give proper credit that is visible and that is easily accessible to the linked/credited work.୨୧- I do not remove my watermark in anyway.୨୧-Do not use my commissions work to train any AI's of any sort୨୧- at anytime, chance or reason i have every right to revoke the rights and usage of my works

-Once bought there non-refundable
-you can sell them the price you bought them.
-you can gift, giveaway or raffle the adoptable.
-Unless there's extra art you can't resell it right away for a higher price that's scalping and idon't approve..
- if you bought more than 2 adoptables you get 25% off your commissions that's $15 or over.
-if breaking the t.o.s for adoptables the adopt(s) will be revoked and sold again.
-DO NOT TRAIN IT IN AI.

୨୧so you want to buy out all the art from me that you ever commissioned?୨୧
୨୧you want everything i ever drawn you unwatermarked and no trace of credit that links to me?୨୧

୨୧I charge $2500 for all art works i made for you!୨୧
୨୧or $600 for each artwork i made for you.୨୧
